i pour my entire soul (and nervous system) into creating the 'wearabe joy', so here’s the honest truth:

all sales are final

every piece is handmade, created in small-batches, and sometimes impossible to recreate exactly., so:

no returns
no exchanges
no refunds
no:
🫨' i bought it at 2am and woke up confused'
🤦🏻anything your inner child chose but your adult brain questioned later

once a piece is yours, it’s yours forever...
like the tattoo you got at 19

the only exception
a.k.a. the “universe glitch” clause

if your item arrives:

in that case, email me within 4 natural days of receiving it and include photos
i’ll take care of it
(see? i’m not heartless)

pics or it didn't happen

to help me fix the issue quickly, please send:

🧾a closeup of the damage
📷a clear photo of the whole piece
📷a close-up of the damage
📷a photo of the packaging (if it arrived squished, crushed, or weird)

nothing fancy just enough so i can understand what went wrong and sort it out fast

optional store credit
a.k.a. the 'we’ll talk about it' scenario

in specific cases (like very specific) if we agree to accept a return that isn’t due to damage, i can offer 85% in store credit.

why 85%?
because by the time you receive your order, i’ve already:

📦packed it
🔄processed it
💳paid fees
😢cried over it 

the other 15% keeps the studio alive... and sane

for these rare returns:

💯the item must come back in original condition

again, not common, but not of the table

i'm not a mega-retailer with a returns warehouse, i'm one human doing all the jobs
