below is everything you need to know about how your order gets from me to you

processing time
a.k.a. the part where i turn into a one-person fulfillment center

every piece is made, checked, packed, and blessed by me, so processing time is 3–7 business days

sometimes sooner depending on:

🚘traffic, weather, and general cosmic nonsense

if there’s high order volume, i’ll update you so you don’t think i got swallowed by a glitter portal

shipping speed
a.k.a. the part where your order enters the transit void

once your order leaves my studio, its fate is in the hands of:

⚜️the postal gods

meaning, i can’t control what happens after drop-off, but here’s what usually happens:

within mexico
2 - 7 business days
depending on your location and the carrier’s mood swings

international
10 - 25 business days
customs can (and will) add extra days because they love to be dramatic

tracking
yes, you get tracking

as soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can refresh it obsessively (no shame in your game)

shipping costs
a.k.a. the part where the universe demands its delivery fee

shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on:
📍your country
✈️your carrier
💫the  whims of the universe

i don’t inflate shipping prices
i don’t sneak in fees
i swear i'm not scamming you

customs and import fees
(international besties, come closer)

customs fees, VAT, and import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost

these charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer because each country has its own rules, and i sadly do not control global economics… yet

address issues
before we blame mercury retrograde…
triple-check your address

please, please, please make sure it's correct before you check out

if the address is wrong and the package gets lost or returned, i can’t issue refunds

if you message me quickly after ordering, i might be able to fix it before it ships
no promises, but i’ll try

lost or stuck packages

if it’s 'in transit' for too long or doing a nationwide tour:

if it's marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, check:

unfortunately, i can’t replace orders that were marked delivered

wrong item/damaged item
a.k.a. the one area where i actually have power

if something arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, it falls under your “universe glitch” exception from the return policy

email me within 4 days with photos so i can fix it

it's small studio, not fast fashion
