welcome to popandjoystudio.com. when you browse the site or place an order, these terms apply. please read them before you check out, even though i know the charms are distracting

the pieces
a.k.a. tiny works of wearable joy

i make and curate accessories in small quantities. i do my best to show each piece accurately, but screen colors can vary, and handmade details may have small differences. please read the product description before ordering—especially for one-of-one pieces

orders and payment

prices and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. placing an order means you’re agreeing to pay the total shown and giving me accurate contact and delivery information

if a piece becomes unavailable or there’s an obvious listing or pricing error, i’ll contact you. if i can’t fulfill your order, i’ll refund the amount you paid for the affected item. no disappearing acts

shipping, returns, and privacy
a.k.a. the other important tabs

my shipping policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, and international customs charges. my refund policy explains returns and what to do if something arrives damaged or incorrect. my privacy policy explains how i handle your information.

those policies are part of these terms. your rights under applicable consumer law still apply, regardless of what any store policy says

using the site

please don’t use the site to commit fraud, interfere with how it works, or copy my product photos, writing, or original designs without permission. admiring them intensely is allowed.

when things go sideways

i’ll make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but i can’t promise it will be error-free or online every second. if a problem comes up with your order, email me so i can look into it. nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

changes to these terms

i may update these terms as the shop changes. the version posted here applies when you place your order.
